Ms.Tillie

Ms.Tillie is currently learning to trust humans. She is absolutely adorable but needs a patient human who understands that she will need some help learning what a loving home and family means. She enjoys walks but still learning that things like a harness are not a scary thing. She gets afraid of new people but with treats and time she understands they aren't there to harm her. She is just as deserving as any of our other rescues.
